I have been licensed as a real estate broker since 1997, and have operated my own independent brokerage since 2000.  My clients are buyers and sellers of residential properties in the southern metropolitan Denver area, including the towns and communities of Littleton, Englewood, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Cherry Hills Village and Greenwood Village. 

I got into this business because I felt it was important for people to be adequately represented as they go through the process of buying their homes.  I still feel that way today.  Moving is one of the most stressful, time-consuming and confusing events in any persons' life, and you need an experienced, caring professional on your side to help you through it.  I hope when the time comes for you to contemplate a move in the the south metro Denver area, you will call on me to help. 

I want you to know that I value your time and privacy as much as you do.  If I ask you for an e-mail address or phone number, it's because I need it to communicate with you on a particular matter.  I do not believe in cold-calling, and I don't automatically subscribe you to any kind of newsletter that will fill up your inbox and ultimately frustrate you.  For routine news and updates, I publish a blog.  The link is located on the left of every page of this website.

More than just a place to search for listings, I want you to be able to find useful information relating to all aspects of buying, selling, and owning your home. At the bottom of the page, you will find a list of reference articles for your information, with my compliments.  If you are ever looking for something on this site, but can't find it, please let me know.
